Milestones
The end of your lease agreement will take place in a few simple and easy steps. As a general rule, the sooner you start the process, the better your alternatives will be.
1 - Initial Contact
A few months before the end of your lease, your dedicated end-of-lease assistant will contact you in order to introduce themselves and offer you their services.
2 - Preparatory Meeting
During this first meeting, your assistant will try to understand your situation better and advise you on the best strategy to adopt for the inspection and your choice at the final stage.
3 - Inspection of the Current Vehicle
In the weeks leading up to the end of the lease, your assistant will help you prepare for the inspection that will identify cosmetic and mechanical damage to the vehicle and save some additional costs, if possible.
4 - Choosing a New Vehicle or Returning the Current Vehicle
The Park Avenue BMW Loyalty team will help you evaluate all the possible avenues and guide you towards the best alternative according to your needs and your budget.
